Moussaka : This popular Greek dish has been served in the restaurant since 1964. Cooked to a traditional Cypriot village recipe (George’s mothers).

Stuffed Mushrooms : Large Flat Mushrooms Stuffed with tuna and tomatoes with a touch of red wine and cumin, coated in breadcrumbs and baked

Shark Steak : A whole fresh shark about 5 foot long was bought. We cut it into steaks and grilled it. Very very tasty and popular.

Stuffed Squid : Fresh squid tubes stuffed with Mediterranean Vegetables and poached in red wine.

Baked Aubergines : aubergines hollowed out and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese then stuffed with sautéed vegetables and topped with parmesan cheese finished in the oven.

Sweet Omelette : Chopped fruit lightly sautéed in butter then covered in eggs and cooked lightly. served with Ice-cream and maple syrup. Very summery and tasty.

Whole Fresh Fish : A large variety of fish have featured in  this section including Witch, Negrim, Trout, Sea Bass  Plaice and Dover Sole

You will not find any frozen chips in this restaurant.

We cook meals when ordered and not before.
