Moussaka : This popular Greek dish has been served in the restaurant since 1964. Cooked to a traditional Cypriot village recipe (George's mothers).

Stuffed Mushrooms : Large Flat Mushrooms Stuffed with tuna and tomatoes with a touch of red wine and cumin, coated in breadcrumbs and baked

Shark Steak : A whole fresh shark about 5 foot long was bought. We cut it into steaks and grilled it. Very very tasty and popular.

Stuffed Squid : Fresh squid tubes stuffed with Mediterranean Vegetables and poached in red wine.

Baked Aubergines : aubergines hollowed out and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese then stuffed with sautéed vegetables and topped with parmesan cheese finished in the oven.

Sweet Omelette : Chopped fruit lightly sauted in butter then covered in eggs and cooked lightly. served with Ice-cream and maple syrup. Very summery and tasty.

Whole Fresh Fish : A large variety of fish have featured in this section including Witch, Negrim, Trout, Sea Bass  Plaice and Dover Sole
